How Proficiency Is Measured

Repair Proficiency

A composite score (0–100) based on four factors, each normalized against peers:

30%

Speed

How quickly repairs are completed vs. peers. Lower MTTR = higher score.

20%

First-Time Fix

Percentage of repairs resolved without callback or rework within 7 days.

20%

Experience

Volume of work orders completed, log-scaled to reward consistency without penalizing newer technicians.

30%

Difficulty

Weighted by job complexity — High jobs count 3x, Medium 2x, Low 1x.

PM Proficiency

Uses two factors: Speed (50%) and Experience (50%). First-Time Fix and Difficulty do not apply to scheduled preventive maintenance.
